Ohh yes they grow very fast so enjoy every minute of it. Carry him, hold him, love him up. Bc soon he'll be too huge for it all 😂 and make sure you do all the training milestones because everything you read about them is true. And you'll have to train consistently everyday for pretty much their whole lives. Otherwise they will make their own decisions and I've seen MANY horror stories in FB Canè Corso groups I am in. Just because of simple mistakes they could've avoided. Like providing proper playtime and giving items to chew on so they don't chew on your house. Peeing inside when that should be the easiest thing to train any dog to do. Taking them outside almost every 20-30 minutes from 8-12 or more weeks is the best way to get them to know, this is where we go. I had 3 accidents with my boy when he was around that old and they were all our fault. He cries and let us know or we knew it was time bc you have to take them after a nap, after playtime after a meal etc and we took too long getting him out the door. Every time t happened it was at the door except for the first time he was allowed in the living room which has a rug. He must've thought it resembled grass and let loose. Thankfully it was going to the trash, but that's something I could've probably avoided by letting him in there sooner. Who knows. Either way he 8 mos now and sits at the door waiting when he is ready and he's very vocal 😂😂

I don't understand why I can't get my dog to sit still in the shower or outside in the summer. We've tried both and hes been getting bathed at home since the day he came home at 8 weeks. He was so calm for his first bath and we have always been gentle and as fast as possible but still, when the water comes on we're chasing him around the shower. Same for outside, which is more difficult because he's attached to a leash we step on and of course gets slippery from the soap and water. Hes knocked me on my ass a couple of times during his outside bathing. Not even if we use a bucket and lef the water drip slowly or try to use a wet cloth to clean him during his in between bath time is he happy with wtaer. He hates the rain too so I don't know. Hes never had a bad experience with us so i don't know what his deal is.
