Shower panel milan mediterraneo low pressure resolved solved

I was trying to find a solution for the low pressure on my shower panel online, since I could not and found the problem... here is my contribuition for the DYU community.

I would like to personally thank you for this video. My wife and I have been living with low water pressure for a year and we were planning to to get rid of this unit. I don’t know the reason of putting three water pressure restricters in this unit but I would love to have a few words with the engineer. The shower system works great now as advertised. Thank you again.

There is another place where the water can be restricted, i.e., the cold and hot flexi pipes. I reckon that yours come with 1/4" inner diameter even though it's called 1/2" flexi hose. Try to replace them with 1/2" garden hose or 10 mm inner diameter 1/2" flexi hose. The water flow will improve.

Like the info but before and after vids would be nice. Also looks like a magician trick when he pulls the flow restrictor out....not obvious it was there in the first place after he took the nut down.

Buy a water pressure gauge and check the pressure you your house.
