SHOWER ROUTINE 2022 | REALISTIC FEMININE HYGIENE + HOW TO SMELL FRESH ALL DAY

I also use the dove sensitive skin on my face and it is a GAME changer for my skin. I do 1 cleanse with the dove sensitive skin and then do a second cleanse with the Olay anti-aging face wash and it is CHEF'S KISS seriously

I used to work in a warehouse(10 hour days). I had to step up my wash routine because I would sweat. The peppermint soap helped me feel very clean

To exfoliate your skin African Sponge/Net ( I get mine from my local African( Beauty Store) or a Salux Nylon Japanese Beauty Skin Bath Wash Cloth/towel (I get mine from Asian Oriental Market).

Nice simple easy routine. I love it. I usually use African black soap on my face. I'm gonna try the dove sensitive soap. Switch up my routine a bit. I'm also gonna try that ordinary under the arm pits. Thanks so much for sharing.

Ok come through with the lash cleaning technique! Thank you for that! Never seen or heard of that but I will definitely do that when I get my lashes done. I just love these videos, especially on Sundays. During the week we are rushing but Sundays allow us to really get down with a thorough cleaning. New subbie here!

Hi! I don’t typically time myself but I know you’re supposed to brush you’re teeth for about 2 mins and I try to wash my face for at least 60 secs.

Hey! For me it works GREAT. I literally don’t leave it on I just use my hands and water to get a light lather and wash the EXTERNAL areas of my lady parts and rinse it right off immediately. It just makes me feel squeaky clean lol
