The starting in gear thing happens on my husqvarna fc350 too. It's Normal there's nothing wrong with clutch. Now mine has a wet clutch so the oil needs to move and get all warm again to work 100%. Idk which clutched the yamis have but either way it happens on every bike I've seen.

Yall probably need to have the valves adjusted if having trouble starting when hot .. 4 strokes don’t like the high rpm for 2 long easy fix

How do you adjust the valves ? I have a 1979 Honda z50 and I’m new to all this , but I stay in 3rd high reving 💀
