I will always say this as a former LoL player, Riot knows who to pick for their anthems for years. Riot works with artists and bands for their anthems working with the likes of Imagine Dragons, Nicky Taylor, the Current and last year's NewJeans. The regular people they put in if I'm not mistaken are previous winners of their tournaments that also have large ass prize money involved.

Anyway, tin case you want some context, League of Legends is 5 vs 5 MOBA video game, it's a strategic game that's been around for over a decade and has become known in the entire world, also becoming the biggest Esports game. In case you don't know, esports is pretty much the same as a sport, you have teams, you have players and you have different types of games, ofc you also play professionally and make a living out of it. This type of video is released once a year and it's meant to serve as a hype tool for the upcoming World Championship ( Worlds 24'), where ofc the best League of Legends teams around the World will compete to have one become the World Champion. The people you see on the video are indeed players, that are animated in a different setting based on certain locations of the game's lore and storylines around the players themselves. In this year's video you can see a castle being invaded by different players, if you notice there's this one guy that finally enters the room after Emily's scream, that guy is Faker, the best player this game and esport has ever seen, he and his team were the World Champions last year, and this video shows them trying to protect their castle and his throne along with their legacy agains other teams and players, and the reason a lot of them are animated with a bowl cut is because many of them are Korean players, which along with the chinese have been the very best at this game for years and years.
