I personally wear an ace ring. I also have a bow in the colours of the ace flag. A small heart shaped button with the flag, a normal round button with the ace flag & a big button with 'certified awesome asexual' and a cat :)

I think the slight problem with subtle symbols like the ring is that people can use them accidently. I can't remember who now, but I saw someone wearing a black ring on a middle finger but I didn't want to ask him if it was an ace ring in case it wasn't and he had no idea what I was talking about. All I have at the moment is a postcard from paperchase on my wall that says in it 'you're all kinds of ace', which I coloured in with the ace flag colours. I'm planning on getting an ace of hearts necklace soon :)

I don't wear an ace ring, mostly because I can't stand wearing rings for more than a few hours, but I do sometimes wear a necklace with ace symbols. My preferred method though is through stickers and buttons.

Having my ace ring was quite comforting to me when I was less open about it and still rather insecure. At the moment I mostly wear it because I like having a piece of jewellery which I wear all the time. I also have an aro flag beanie and a small ace flag pin.

I spent last weekend making a whole bunch of ace flag pendants, necklaces, etc. I even tried to make the glitter ones, like I remembered from your previous video, but the glitter I got was half too bulky and the rest too fine to control. I want to get a black ring for my birthday so I can feel more connected to my community. the reason why I would not point out if someone else was wearing a ring though was because If I mentioned that It was a symbol of asexual's and they weren't it would be a little weird.

i keep seeing that people dont want to mention the ring. if they are ace or know about asexuality then they will most likely be happy that someone mentioned it and is aware of asexuality. if they don't know about asexuality then you can explain and raise awareness for asexuality. or if you don't want to mention what it means directly incase it makes them feel odd for wearing it then just ask "are you an ace" if they say no then say something like "ok nevermind."

Yay necklACE!!!!!! I agree showing ace pride is great! My main pride items are my ace rings (my regular one I have sadly misplaced somewhere) and an ace dragon t-shirt. I find even the t-shirt is vague enough that only other aces usually recognise it. I think with pride, especially for asexuality nowadays, visually showing it is important for the community because it gives us visibility, and through visibility the closet aces & aces who don't-yet-have-the-words-to-know-they're-ace-and-not-a-broken-straight see that there are other aces out here.

I may be wrong on this, but I believe the whole card suit alignment thing originated from someone who was organising/promoting the ace day selfie thing a couple years ago where the idea was to take a selfie with the respective card for you romantic orientation, however I think this recieved a lot of complaints (it highlighted our differences rather than unity, some people were still questioning their romantic orientation or didn't want to label themselves in that way) and the person who came up with it has since said it was a bad idea and abandoned it. So, you can keep using the spades/hearts/clubs/diamond thing if you like, but don't feel excluded by it~ The only "official" source has since abandoned the scheme anyway.

A good way to show your pride if you're still _in the deck_ is by making a friendship bracket with the ace colors on it. It's supper cheap and can be changed for almost any pride flag. I personally wear an asexual one and an aromantic one on my ankle, pretty decrete especially if someone doesn't know their flags.

I have a pair of beaded heart-shaped ace flag earrings that I made (a couple of bracelets are in the works too), and a sweater that is white, gray, and two shades of purple. I haven't found an ace ring yet that I like, but whenever I'm shopping I keep my eye out for ace things.

I always wear my ace ring (except in the bathroom or shower), i have a t-shirt with a 'ripped' asexual flag design from have a gay day, and there is an asexual flag hanging from my bedroom wall, which i want to wear as a cape to gay pride in amsterdam this summer. Hi! Can I ask you a question? So I think I'm asexual but... I don't want to be😆 this sounds weird but I kinda do want to have romantic attraction, because even though I do at one point in life not want to be forever alone😂but I've literally never been attracted to anyone ever...not that there is anything wrong with asexually I just don't want to be one😂😂😂 is it possible that I'm just over analyzing this whole thing or am I definitely asexual? Sexual attraction is different from romantic attraction, so even if you are ace, you can still experience romantic attraction. Based on this comment, especially "I've literally never been attracted to anyone ever," you do sound asexual to me, but you are the only one who can decide that for sure. If you want more information on asexuality, I highly recommend the AVEN website. There is a lot of information on asexuality and the different forms of attraction, and there are also forums where you can ask questions. I only realized I was asexual about 6 months ago, and I realized I was demiromantic even more recently, and I've found the AVEN forums really helpful. I hope this helps!

i know I'm going to get some hate for this but I loath the asexual flag, I don't hate asexuals I am one, I just our flag, and that's probably cause I love colour and its just boring and I know it's about graysexual and what not but the flag is not me while it is me, ye get me? I get what you mean! At first I didn't like the flag (the rest are so much more colorful), but then I realized that the violet/ purple is the seventh color of the rainbow and asexual is the seventh letter in LGBTQIA+, which helped me love it! I'm also a fan of black, so that might have helped. I'm sure there are other ways to show pride. Maybe just an ace sticker of a spade, like in the video only without the flag on it? Also, idk your romantic orientation, but you could always use the rainbow flag. Or you could wear the ring on a chain around your neck

pippylunalove I'm polar opposite. The Ace flag is all my favourite colours and I love it. On a more sad not, I feel the muted, less noticable colours of it is more accurate, as other sexualities stand out like bright colours but we blend in to the crowd.
