I have an DMX AN2, set everything up the way you described in the video, and my lights still will not listen to me. The individual instruments have the correct DMX address, and they will not listen to my showxpress at all. what did I do wrong?

I have a problem with showxpress, I followed all the steps indicated in the manual for Windows, however, in the software configuration it does not let me activate enable Artnet, what is the reason? ​

Do you need the Xpress512 box for only the chauvet software? If I buy an AN can I use it with other artnet things without the 512 box?

I have 2 DMX AN2 devices, came here to see if it works with Chauvet Xpress. I use LightKey, solid, but its $100+ per year.

duy nguyen if you want a 3rd universe then I would get the new Xpress 1024 box. It will give you two dmx universes and unlock 1 artnet universe. Which the dmx an will convert back to dmx if needed.

Yes, you will need a xpress box to unlock dmx

Correct! One Xpress 512 Box unlocks 2 Artnet Universes OR 1 DMX Universe and 1 Artnet Universe. You cannot get a 3rd universe with 1 Xpress 512 box and 1 DMX AN.

To get 6 universes you need to get dongles, not dmx-an. To get 6, you could get 3 xpress 512 dongles and 3 dmx an's or 3 xpress 1024's
