INGREDIENTS
5-6 slices bacon, chopped
1 pound medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 -2 Tbs fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ teaspoon dried thyme
Pinch (or more!) red pepper flakes
2-2 ½ cups frozen corn
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup half and half
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh thyme, if desired (optional garnish)
