This Shrimp Salad is Creamy & Refreshing. A Perfect Summer Dish; Enjoy! Step-by-step instructions to make this easy recipe!

Ingredients:
1/2 c. mayo (not salad dressing)
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 finely chopped dill pickle spear
1 finely chopped hard boiled egg
1/2 lb. steamed, peeled, and chopped shrimp
Combine mayo, ketchup and pickle - mix well - then add in cooked and peeled shrimp with egg - mix well - cover and allow to set in fridge for 1 hour before eating (preferrable) to allow flavors to blend - enjoy as is, or with crackers, stuff in a tomato, or on top of leafy greens - makes a great shrimp salad roll (sandwich) too!
If beginning with fresh, raw shrimp - place on perforated pan - CSO level 2 - placing solid pan underneath - do not mix any spices or flavoring with the shrimp at this time, set to Steam Mode 200 degrees for 9 minutes.
You also may hard cook your egg(s) - CSO Level 2 - Steam Mode 210 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
