Please dear chef don’t worry for videos being “too long” we watch every minute of them no matter how long! You bring so much joy to our family and especially our kids…We’re expecting a third child in September and we already have two that love to watch your videos, they call you “blup blup” because of your famous stock video…I would love you to know how much joy you have brought these last couple of years and i hope for many more years to come!! Like so many of your long time subscribers and content lovers, I struggle with why you are always in such a hurry to finish the video. We only get two episodes per week of your culinary genius, and I think I speak for most of your 1.36 million subscribers, we want you to slow down and spend a little more time with us. Agreed. My son is a mixologist and I tell him to try things out with the exception of the chemistry required for baking but even then I'll guide him and if he decides to ignore me then he can figure it out for himself buy I do ask anyone he tries his concoctions on to be plainly honest with him. He'll never learn if everyone tells him Yum when their taste buds say yuck!

I would love a school by you, 3hr sessions 2x day, 5 day weeks (4), with a free flow Saturday. Pricey, lodging, transportation, buying foods on Saturday, BUT totally worth a lesson in life to last an entire lifetime. And. of course, a fancy totally worthless piece of paper showing I'm graduate of Chef JP's "Month of kitchen Madness". I would proudly put certificate under glass on my kitchen wall! Take care, be, healthy & prosperous, and happy.

Courvoisier. What great childhood memories. My Dad always had this around. We had cheap whiskey on q-tips for teething pain (and I'll never forget that taste) and Courvoisier when we had chills from a fever or in our bottles when we had colic. That, or brandy warmed in a proper snifter for chills when we were older. Worked like a charm. Old school, and not at all harmful in the tiny quantities we got. A few drops in a bottle for colic. One end of a Qtip for teething pain. Half a snifter of warm peach brandy for chills when we were sick. Great memories.
