It's a wonderful recipe that you can make with the simplest ingredients and get a great result in the exchange for a little effort.
Although the tempura technique is mostly associated with shrimp, you can make lots of veggies by means of the tempura technique. What matters is that you master the technique.
INGREDIENTS/REQUIREMENTS:
- For the shrimp tempura:
150 gr of flour
250 ml of cold water
1 egg
Salt
- For sauce:
1 tsp of fresh ginger
1 tsp of garlic
50 ml of soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
15 ml of rice vinegar
1 tbsp of toasted sesame
