I bet many have tried deep-frying food without full preparations. This video is absolutely 💯 helpful for anyone who thinks everything's not laid out by the stove before deep-frying.... Very well-thought, Kunihiro.... 👍 And, it's so satisfying watching and hearing how light & crispy the tempura is.... Hope u can add on 10secs at the end.... YUMMILICIOUS.... 🤤🤤🤤 I simply love youtubers who prepare food with passion and every little detail to share with all.... ❤️ Thanks again for this wonderful video~~ 💕

Excellent tutorial Kunihiro. To keep the tempura batter cold, would it be ok to place the bowl into another bowl filled with ice? 🍤
@sushibykunihiro75342 жыл бұрын
That's nice to keep the batter cold. But please try not to drop water into oil. Oil will splash a lot. Thank you very much for watching. I hope you enjoy cooking Japanese food.😊

Great videos, Kunihiro-San. Is cake flour the same as plain flour used for making cakes?
@sushibykunihiro75342 жыл бұрын
Yes, it is. You can use SWANS DOWN CAKE FLOUR if you live in the US. Regular flour makes tempura batter kind of heavy. So I recommend using Cake flour. Thank you for watching.
