Even with a small city lot, I've found it less expensive to grow my own vegetables than to shop "organic". Yes, it takes time and work but it's fascinating to learn how plants work. Also, I can have chickens on my property and they are the best "gardeners" ever! I provide them with food, water, and shelter, and they provide me with eggs and their poop is the best fertilizer! They also eat many pests that make organic gardening difficult like cabbage worms, grubs, etc. They jump for joy when they find a fat grub and they love life in my garden. It's a great symbiotic relationship and I wish more people would try it.

I have been doing a keto diet for a few years. Weirdly I increased my dairy at this time as I started eating a lot of organic full fat Greek yogurt so I didn't have to eat eggs every day. About two months ago I had a PSA test and it was in the 4's. Because there's a history of prostate cancer in my family (father and only brother) I and my doctor were concerned and he referred me to a specialist. Because my appointment was three months out I decided to eliminate or at least severely reduce dairy. The most recent PSA had dropped into the twos so I believe the dairy connection is for real.

I think you can only do that for a maximum of 3-4 days... I've done a dry fast no water no food for 3 days and it was not pretty. It was for a religious purpose though
@adaneboateng3 жыл бұрын
@Ged Woods there are different types of fasts in Christianity...depending on how difficult the situation/prayers are, you might have to do a stricter fast. Praying against certain evil spirits require a dry fast. There's a story in the new testament when Jesus's disciples couldn't cast out a demon...when they inquired from Jesus He told them this kind of evil spirit will not be cast out without prayer and fasting. Now if you're not a Christian or religious you'd probably say this is a bunch of baloney. But fasting and prayer is what God has ordained as spiritual exercise to get rid of evil forces. There are evil forces in this world whether you believe it or not.
@adaneboateng3 жыл бұрын
@Ged Woods i don't view Christianity as a religion, I see it as truth, although i used religion with it within the same breath. From my point of view if you wanna have life and have it in fullness then you should believe Christ and accept Him as God's gift for humanity. He did something on that cross for humanity and if you believe it and enter into what He did, then you'll possess what He promised. If you believe in God then you shouldn't be far from Christ, because you cannot claim you know God and not know or reject His Christ, His Son. Hope this makes sense. Our Jewish brothers believe God totally but when you talk about God's gift (Jesus) to them, they immediately get offended. Meanwhile Jesus is written of and prophesied about in their Torah ...all over. They thought He'd come in the likeness of a physical king, as David was and reunite the ppl. However it's a spiritual thing, its heaven rather...not earthly rulership.
@adaneboateng3 жыл бұрын
@Ged Woods yea that might be your personal opinion... there's only one true God. I believe the creator of all is the God of Abraham, Isaac, & Jacob. The same God led Israel out of Egypt... can go on and on. And there are archeological proofs if you don't want to use any "religious text" so thats where the big factor is. Ppl argue the Bible is all made up but there proofs outside the scriptures that back what was written in it...so it's really up to your faith. Ppl use the excuse "well I'm not religious, & religion is man made" to life that life. But just know we'll all stand before our creator one day

Excellent! You may talk about proper prostate massages which made the world of difference for myself on top of the supplements and "regular sexual activity"- which is very important as well. Also, be aware, that if you feel the need to urinate frequently and have bladder discomfort as if you have a UTI, it may be kidney stones in your bladder or bladder stones. This was my real problem that went undetected until I passed 7 stones and all my problems suddenly went away. The stones can partially block the urethra and hinder bladder emptying and cause a slow stream and even burning. Have that doctor check it out.

And nowadays when my prostate hurts, which isn't nearly as often as it once did, I just take 1 to 3 baby aspirins, for relief. It seems to work quickly. Also, as funny as this image is, getting in a fetal position with my face and the front of my body facing downward, with my butt sticking up helps to relieve my prostate when it is hurting. That position seems to let my blood flow away from my prostate area or something to that effect.

Keto diet and fasting cures so many things. I'm 6'0" and was 198 lbs 2 years ago. In less than 6 months, I was 158. Now I'm 155 and love being slim. I didn't change my exercise routine and I'm not hungry. I'm 65 yo and weigh the same as I did at 17. My prostate is normal, but i get up to urinate every 1-2 hours at night. I just take a systemic (proteolytic) enzyme capsule with water and go back to sleep.

@@caspar9794 I have had frequent peeing for over a decade and all the tricks I've read about got my trips to pee down to 1 time at night and sometimes 2 times. But I disagree that it has no effects....just my personal opinion ....that this break in my sleep is tied to other issues health wise. I've always heard and believed you need to not have your sleep interrupted on a regular basis cause that is when your body is repairing things, producing the hormones you need. The exact problem I want to fix is the getting up to pee..often the 2nd pee I struggle to get back to sleep for sometimes an hour or more. Guess we're all different.

Dr Berg you cautioned about city water some facts: high-pressure fresh water lines run about 4 feet deep down the center of a street. these pipes develop small leaks and create ponds around them. due to a hydraulic phenomenon, chaos theory, the fresh water pipe will aspirate the pond dirty water back into the fresh water pipe. if the nearby sewage line develops a leak as well, the two ponds may mingle, sending sewage into the fresh water pipe. so the water quality report taken at the water plant means very little if this happens. that is why I drink spring water.

A couple of years ago, I took a motorcycle trip on the crowded roads of the Philippine islands. Because I was in a hurry to make the ferry I held me my pee for 2 hours. Baaad mistake! About 30 hours later I came down with a severe infection of the prostate. It took me 3 months to recover completely. I was never sick in my life but that sapped my strength. When I stopped these, I can pee. When I drink a single soda, the flow significantly decreases. I stopped sugar years ago and it did tremendous things in other areas. I use Aloe Vera Gel every single day, about ten tablespoons full, it made a super improvement in my life. Thanks for your lessons, I am on my way to recovery.

About your immune information at the end of your video - as a child I intuited to not use stuff to overcome things like a cold and such. If I had a headache, I toughed it out until it was gone. When the weather got cold I waited for days, or even weeks, before using a jacket. I never put any medications unless I felt I REALLY needed it. I was a health kid while my family was sick. In my mind I was making myself tough, like my dad, when he was a Marine in the Korean War. It has carried over to adult issues. I am now 65. Due to a life of fating all kinds of crap, I have had four heart attacks, with a four way bypass. I took no meds once I was out of the hospital. I was in the VA hospital. They sent me home with 15 meds. They were even trying to get me to believe I had diabetes. It has been four years next month since I took the meds. In 2015 I had a stroke. I elected to use my mind again to recover. My doctor was livid, He actually yelld at me that without the meds I WAS going to die. I quit going to the doctor for two years after that. I was symptom free in six months. In the 2000s I spent a decade of living on the streets in major depression. I had three suicide attempts. I prayed to get out of this situation. I was on, different times, Lithium Citrate, Lithium Carbonate and Citalopram. I dropped them all. I told my doctors then that I was going to use my mind to overcome my depression. I told them I would no longer need their services. I began trying many ways to change my ways to become more happy. I started on experiments to change my thinking. I was living in a homeless shelter in Portland, OR at the time. Through the fog of deep depression, I figured it out and got out of homelessness, started college at 55 and got on with life. There is one over the counter supplement I took, for brain repair. The natural form of lithium in the form of Lithium Orotate. I wish I did not need to spend two years of experimenting as it turns out that what I found was an already established therapy method called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT. It would have saved me time. but this way it really set in in my mind. I realize that what I did might have killed me, but I was already suicidal when I started this, The depression was my first "win". After that, the other issues I did were easier to do. My stroke last year is gone, I have very small issue with a slight speech issue that friends say they cannot tell. Witness that as of a year ago I had no idea how to type on my computer, and I have been a computer tech much of my life. (yeah, I know, people cannot understand a psychic reader that was a tech for Microsoft and many projects for the D.O.D.) I am now following Dr Berg's advices. I have adopted the ketogenic lifestyle and other advice, like ACV and Lipoic Acid. Both part of my healthy day. recently I have lost 30 lbs since august. I actually lost some of it twice, after experimenting with going back to my earlier ways. The weight came back on quickly, so I had to lose it again. Currently I lose a pound or two a week, It was a pound a day for awhile. I advise others not to do what I did. I was once an intuitive reader, so I had already had the focus and intent in mind to do this. The mind has secrets hidden to help stay healthy.

My PSA has been steadily rising over the past year so my oncologist wants to see if there’s any difference from my bone scan 4 years ago. I started drinking much more green tea , tomato juice , tomatoes, blackberries, watermelon, red peppers, red onions and taking supplements. My PSA was 2.5 in March 2023 , went up to 5.4 in March of 2024 , then 6.2 in April 2024 . On June 3 and June 15 my last 2 PSA tests were down to a 2.9 . I’m still nervous about an upcoming biopsy. I had an MRI that had 2 lesions on it , one a Pirads 3 and the other a PIRADS 5 . I’m hoping for the best . I still have to go frequently especially if I drink any alcohol even only a little . That’s something I’ve been avoiding, really sets me off. Not sure if it’s an overactive bladder issue as well .
