Vitamin C is available in many forms. Commonest form is L-A-A. It is acidic, pH~3 and very very unstable. It degrades with sunlight. However newer liposomal formulations in water gel liposomes or powders "might" be stable enough to wear in the day. Most medical research articles have done it in the evening.
