okay here's explanation: "shroomrat" means Peerless Mushroom + Cornered Rat set skill Peerless Mushroom grants fire and poison immunity, but it makes to *start with 25% health* Cornered Rat *gives 4x damage if health is 25% or lower* Peerless Mushroom + Cornered Rat = *4x DAMAGE* and if the hero gains health, for example with potion, Cornered Rat is not activated anymore = Damage drops to 25%

​@sea8008 Essentially, the skills give buffs when you have low health, and starts you in the mission with low health. But gain health above the buff threshold, and you lose those low health buffs. Minmaxing stuff that most casual players don't have to worry about.

shroomrat is the name of a set which combines "Cornered rat" (x4 attack multiplier as long as you are under 25% HP) and "peerless mushroom" (inmunity to fire and poison but you start with 25% health). the guy in the video is afraid to pick up the health potion because this would increase his hp slightly which would cause him to lose the attack boost and leave him completely exposed to any strong attack.

Because shroomrat Peerless shroom(immune to fire and poison, but start with 25% health) + Cornered Rat(×4 damage when 25% or lower health) They're avoiding the potions so that they stay at 25% health and get the damage bonus
