Dreadfull for all concerned. Are rivers dredged and cleared these days, plus drains cleaned,they always seem to be overflowing on roads and nothing done. Plenty of council people seen picking up peoples litter on a regular basis though.

Sadly I don't think they are dredged and we as humans create so much rubbish too these days which will be having an impact.
