This game is developed with cheating in mind, there will be some but no way near tarkov level. You can tell already because it's at least server side, instead of everything being client side in tarkov.

This game is on steam and if the dev allow workshop mods in private server, then not only the wildlife i think we also have like zombies, aliens, or any weird things the moder could image.
