But their counter is to isolate the space using cascade and skye flash, their not supposed to peek solo if they want to fight, they use skye dog to clear oppers, why have cypher when you can have killjoy for more mid control with turret, bmain control, kj ult and have skye and harbour control areas

What? You know they can just shoot the cypher cam and then retake control? You could literally do the same with KJ turret, but it's so dumb on high levels of gameplay that it's better to have it watch close, and force the enemy to get into a more dangerous position to shoot it and deny info. Even if they had Cypher he wouldn't put his cam on long, cause it's very useless. A Cypher cam might be useful in low ranks like immortal or ascendant where people don't strat, they just commit, but in actual 5v5 T3+ games it's truly a waste of util, and you don't have the flexibility of KJ who can control more of the map.

We didn't know for sure that it was retake, we just assumed based on ults and what info we had. The ulti secures our plant for long so that we can back out and play the post plant. At the end of the day, all that matters is making a plan and having everyone buy into it. Start of round I called they'll play retake with their kj ulti and that we would push back up and fight after it expired and I'd re-flank street when they did that

Wouldn't it be better to counter the kj ult with your own so they would have to reclear sight with Harbour ult. They're insanely basic, in an actual team the strats would be waaaaay more complex. The issue is that even when they were this basic and clear what they were meant to accomplish, Stewie was trolling yet again and calling other things, making the original calls pointless. Again, these strats are TOO BASIC for anything above T3/T4, you'll never see strats this basic in real tournaments. Steel is obviously making them basic since this team doesn't practice, and anything more complex is hard to pull off without practicing for a few days at least.

Also this is kinda what you see in Radiant games even in solo queue, so that's saying a lot, if it happens in solo queue it's really basic. Most people understand how to play a map - 1. Take control of one side of the map with util. 2. Try and find their sentinels util and destroy it (if it's hidden, just make sure you have info on which site the sentinel is on) 3. Have an established lurk with good position if possible (this should be timing based, the lurker needs to have good game sense and go when his team is taking map control elsewhere) 4. Regroup and conclude a 1-3step plan of attack based on everything that happened throughout the game. These are the basics that most Radiants know, and again, Radiants are usually trash players that can't compete in tournaments due to their lack of actual strategic insight. There's like 20%-30% of them that have potential to do so, the rest are just run it down mongrels. So again, everything that Steel was doing with this team is the same as if you were playing a shit ranked game, very basic stuff, it's just sad that Stewie doesn't realize the basics and gets tunnel visioned into micro-plays which screw with the macro-play.

These strats are made for top players, and TO THEM they are very basic. Any strat is going to be convoluted to people that peaked at immortal, let alone plats or golds or whatever the lowest ranks are
