Plain and simple, it comes down to this. If this person was playing at the fact she was older than she really was when they were whispering and then reported it to Twitch, then that is entrapment. And if and when Doc found that out, that would be a reason to sue Twitch. Then that is a reason Twitch would settle with Doc and not the other way around. And since the former Twitch employee(s) broke the NDA, Doc had to come out and tell his side. But if Doc did know that she was under 18, burn gim at the stake just like every other person who has done this. Everyone jumping on him and labeling him a pedo is wrong. We do know now, in docs newest tweet he confirms he was talking to a minor, and he didn't specifically say he found out and stopped talking to her, meaning he knew her age the entire time. How do we know if he knew he was talking to this underage person? because I’m pretty sure most people when they send a whisper message through Twitch aren’t immediately saying “hi my name is Nicole and I’m 17 years old.” I’m thinking he had some messages with this girl back-and-forth, probably joking around maybe a little bit of flirting and joking and then found out that she was under age and cut it off and then twitch found out about it, canceled his contract…but still had to pay him out because he actually didn’t break any laws or do anything that inappropriate until he knew their age

Mistakes were made. People are going on as if he is still talking to minors (which 17 is really not that minor and can easily fool a man I've seen a 13 year old look 20) to this day. The man changed. Clearly. People like Drake, Logan Paul and so much more get away with stuff just as bad or even worse than this. The guy is a brilliant streamer. I will keep on watching his videos if he ever streams again because hating someone about mistakes made in the past is a pretty foolish thing to do. In my view, this all is a big mess and people are stumbling over each other trying to eat a piece of the cake like crazy, both for promo and hating on doc. I think the best course of action is to wait for direct proof before judging a person on rumors and hearsay, what he did is weird either way, but calling him a p*do isn't right either unless there is proof of intent. I have been a fan of Guy Beahm back when first started his streamer persona. I only believe pdfs are people who pursue a sexual relationship and continue to engage inappropriately to achieve that goal with said minor. There could have been topics that were inappropriate but not necessarily endangering or even with the intention of sexting. The word is thrown around wayyyy too loosely where even people like callmecarson get their lives ruined because he’s 19 talking to a 17 year old which literally just high school shit, and in a court of law would likely just be dismissed because it’s a waste of everyone’s time. That word should remain to society’s ACTUAL predators. The ones who would be imprisoned or on a watch list and actually would commit the crime again and again if left unchecked. We have those people.
