no that isnt it. The pvp in TL is based one either who plays the most or who pays the most for gear. Unlike true pvp games that balance power so the most skilled players wins. Its health bars vs health bars. Not characters vs characters. And its tab target, which rotation of spells is more important then reactivity.

Yep, I recommend you take a look at the Rankings on your server. The guild rankings specifically, and then pick one of the top10 or top20 ranked guilds there. Those are usually the guilds that "get shit done".

Join a PvP guild because they often participate in a lot of PvE as well. PvE-focused guilds tend to have more players doing their own thing and can be more self-centered. In TL, PvP is all about numbers, which is why the top guilds usually have 2-3 alliances. PvP guilds distribute loot more fairly since they prioritize the growth of the entire guild over individual progress. Theres a reason why most the top guilds are PvP based.

World PvP in this game is probably the worst implementation of that system ever. Especially when it's enabled on a World Boss people actually require to kill for a chance at progression (A CHANCE) I find it extremely disingenuous for a popular streamer to claim this is impressive, when they have an army of simps steam rolling everyone. I don't even bother with any event that says "conflict" on it anymore, it's a waste of time.

The only reason game devs design these kinds of large scale pvp battles is for people to pay 2 win the shit out of it. Pvp in my opinion should only be in arena. Nowhere else.
