Shuai Chiao: Inner Hooking or Chinese Wrestling Variation of the Inside Trip

Lavell Marshall is a Shuai Chiao/Kung Fu fighter and NASM certified Personal Trainer based out of NYC. He has been studying Martial Arts since age 3 in various styles but found his love in Hung Gar Kung fu and the Standing Grappling art of Baoding Shuai Chiao (Chinese Wrestling) which he continues to train and compete in on an international level. He is a student from the famous Shuai Chiao fighting lineage of Chang Tung Sheng, Master David Lin and his teacher Sifu Omar Harvin and also a student at the Renzo Gracie Academy in NYC.
Lavell is a multiple-time national level Shuai Chiao champion.

@Dan L judo doesn't reward points for "falling on top" of your opponent. And judo is more then just competition, there goshin no kata n kime no kata starts with dirty strikes and then into throws

This style is great! I'm noticing this is being implemented into MMA now and it just proves that there's something of value in all martial arts that could be transferred over or modified to work in combat sports.
