I found it brilliant how Hisagi was able to convince Zaraki to step away from this battle. Normally people wouldn’t dare but Shuhei was just the bravest here. He was rewarded with his Bankai when he faced his fears against Hikone. To kill and be killed.

Hisagi causing Hikone a conflict of morality where one shouldn't have happened is a highlight that ultimately ended this fight and led Hikone leading a normal peaceful life from being a madman's weapon. Still Hisagi getting Kenpachi of all people to stand down is also VERY courageous.

Indeed. It is both poetic and heartwarming that Hisagi, who is the greatest legacy Tosen left behind, is able to save another of Tokinada's victims. It is truly the moment when Hisagi came into his own, symbolised wonderfully by him understanding and accepting himself and unlocking his Bankai.

The funny thing is many people thought people like tosen and ginjo was just throw away villains but no they have a place in the story and why they are th eye and why they are doing what they are doing

Also the rules of Hisagi's Bankai: "The time limit of the bankai is entirely based upon the reaitsu of everyone inside it. If they have Aizen-levels of reaitsu, then the bankai lasts longer. If they have fodder-level reaitsu, then the bankai will most likely last for only a few seconds before being undone. The bankai not only redistributes the reaitsu of everyone inside it to each other, but also actively drains them to maintain the bankai itself. What Hisagi controls in his bankai is the target of the bankai. Sure, if he's fighting crowds, he can select all and leave them all exhausted, but that also means that he is exhausted, leaving everyone at 1 hp and a single swoop from someone who wasn't affected will kill them all."

I am sure the novels will never get a manga counterpart but maybe in the future with everyone hyping up bleach again they will get an anime adaption? (And hopefully people can not nitpick every single sentence that is not adapted one to one)

about kazeshini preserving life isn't that basically foreshadowed in the zanpakuto rebellion filler arc where kazeshini protects a baby?

Kazeshini appears as the reflection of Shuhei's duty as a Soul Reaper in a literal sense - reap souls, aka killing. However, even in its Shikai state, the true nature of Kazeshini is already present in the form of chains - to mend or connect, the opposite of reap. The Bankai, Fushi no Kojyo, not only realizes Shuhei's intentions but also turns into reality his ideal purpose of Soul Reapers as a whole - to give souls a chance at redemption by giving them the option to surrender and survive.

My boy definitely deserves being a captain. One of my favorite lieutenants. With all due respect, he's a big step up from Kensei now. Kensei performed terribly in TYBW, Mayuri literally had to force him to take a win. Sure, Hisagi was also a damsel in distress in TYBW, needing to be saved from Driscolli, Mask and PePe but still he's better now that he has a Bankai.

Few people realize that Kubo actually wrote CFYOW with Narita.

Tite Kubo only gave his input and shared with Narita some canon concepts not seen in the manga. That does not equal writing CFYOW with Narita.

@@mikhailPOL No! He actually WROTE CFYOW with Narita. It's proven in the postscript of the novel. Kubo gave input for SAFWY.

@@kanoreese1253 I guess we have different interpretation of novel's afterword you mentioned. From my perspective the novel was written by Ryōgo Narita under the direction of Tite Kubo. No point in arguing, cheers :)

@@mikhailPOL POSTSCRIPT: TITE KUBO “ACTUALLY, HISAGI KIND OF SEEMS LIKE main character material...” That was a discovery we made when Narita told me he wanted me to “write Hisagi as a main character.” How is there any other interpretation when Kubo himself admits to writing in it?!

@@kanoreese1253 Narita: "According to what I heard from the editorial department, when they received a formal intention from Kubo to end the BLEACH serialization in a year's time, apparently the mood felt solemn, as though an era were ending. However, I am truly grateful that at the same time he reached out to Matsubara and me about his passionate desire and important plans to create a last novelization to add a flourish to his fifteen-year story!" Both Kubo and Narita are reminiscing their meeting prior to novelization - bussiness meeting. He presented them elements that he deemed important and Norita gave him his insight about Hisagi's potential - that was part of artistic freedom given to him by Kubo.

Hisagi isn't the strongest Shinigami, but he's one of the cooliest looking Shinigami, but I've always thinking why he have a 69 tattoo on he's face? Hisagi's shikai Kashezini is one of the cooliest, fastest and I LOVE Hisagi's and Kazeshini's Relationship defienitily in Zanpakuto arc where they got free! And about of Hikone don't know anything about her, but she looks same as Ichigo somehow, why we haven't seen anything about hikone in the Anime, but is she in Manga that I have a 54 books and it's so nice you made the video about Hisagi and Hikone that I didin't knew before thank you! 😍❤‍🔥

It's shown in Turn back the Pendulum Arc (i think) ...Kensei Had a Tattoo of 69 just below his chest line, ....and Saved Young Hisagi from a Hollow, ...Since then Kensei is his Idol... and so he got it that Tattoo
