I had a discussion with a guy recently about his receding hairline. Then I encourage him to cut his hair because he will still look handsome without it. He took my advice and thanked me for speaking hope into him. I wear fake hair and makeup sometimes. But not as much as I embrace my own hair and bare face. It's ok to change your appearance sometimes. But show yourself some love without the added accessories.

Sometimes people (the customer) don't care and don't listen to the stylist. They want what they want. I've been in the shop and witnessed my stylist tell folks that what they want isn't a good idea AND why it's not a good idea. Especially if it is not healthy for their hair. But, they insist and she gives up and gives them what they want. I've honestly stayed and watched her do some miraculous things...things that defies all rational thought. BUT, it be what the customer insists she do.🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
