This is the primary reason why there should two primary requirements for applying for leadership roles in any capacity. - 1. Mental health examinations to see if the individual is mentally fit for the roles of the job. Clear, concrete and swift punishments when the individual person or groups that engage in speech or action that is in direct violation of the laws set forth.
