That lady was in fact Shunsui’s Zanpakuto Spirit. If you watch the filler arc Zanpakuto Rebellion you actually would’ve seen the design there first. As for the game he played with Starrk, he only played one with him that you see in this episode. That was the stepping on a shadow game. The rest this episode were new.

I don't think you understand how Lille's X AIS work, basically when he said they can't dodge when he shot it's because when he shot it's instantly pop on the enemy. I don't know if I explain it well but, basically his bullets travel at an Infinite speed, something that is not quantifiable, even if a character is trillions of times faster than light they will still be infinitly slower than lille's bullets. To be able to dodge his bullets you need to have infinite speed, basically be so fast that you cannot quantifie it. Or you can just be faster than time.

His appearance resembles that of a biblical angel. Biblical angels are more terrifying than the ones we normally think of because they’re full of eyes. Yhwach is basically Christ, and soul king is god. Think of Lille Barro a biblically accurate angel and the holes in his wings represent eyes that shoot his bullets. And shunsui’s bankai is like an S-word theatre act (S-word = unaliving).

@@paulylopes6762 Specifically an Old Testament angel. Those things were just as monsterous as the biggest folklore monsters. Shunsui's Bankai turns old school tragedy plays into reality. The issue with it is that alot of it's techniques are indiscriminate in their effects, meaning they kill anyone caught in the area of influence including Shunsui himself...which paired with how massive said radius of influence is, makes the damn thing unstable as hell

This is only his partial form. He has a full form that looks absolutely crazy. Also, his transformation fits, as he is based on a biblically-correct angel (ie. God's Messenger), and Kubo did a good job translating that to anime (except the holes on his wings would be eyes).
