There will never and I mean never ever be a better dead ball specialist to play for Celtic than Shunsuke Nakamura an outstanding player with great technical ability, I'd say at the time he played for us he was easily in the top 3 best free kick takers in the world he was just that good, I hope whatever he is upto these days he is living a happy and prosperous life he gave me so much joy in his time at Celtic, a brilliant player certainly one of my all time favourites.

全盛期の中村の活躍だね。曲線を描いてくるシュートを取れと云っても是は難しい。どんなに高速でも直線の弾道ならば優秀なGKなら弾くだろうし取れる。だが変化してくる高速のシュートは、誰にも取れない。中村選手のシュートはいわゆる癖玉で、足のインサイド、又はアウトサイドでボールを回転させる変化球ですから、然もコーナーのギリギリのところに決まるので、これは絶対に取れない。オランダの優秀なキーパーが動けないほどきわどい球だ。将に伝説の男だ。
