Could you help me out? I can't get my MV7 to come on using only XLR. I have to have the USB plugged in to get the Mic to come on even when using XLR. I really want to get rid of the USB cable completely

I purchased mine using usb and I honestly think it sounds terrible almost muffled not sure what’s wrong

How do you like the sound of USB vs XLR personally? With my setup the mic lacks a bit of gain in usb mode, its pretty silenent.

Alec, yesterday I accidentally discovered that my CAD Mic is Bluetooth enabled … I’m going to try to discover .. how to implement this option, into my LiveStream opportunities … do you know if the Shure MV7 is USB enabled?

Hey Albert! The MV7 can be connected over USB directly into the computer or XLR via an interface. I used it for a year over USB... now with the Rodecaster, I'm using over XLR. No other ways to connect it though! 😊

I feel headache when I use my mv7 microphone, and I feel heavy energy (electricy or waves) comming out of it. had any of you felt this before?

Yeah the illumanati signed a contract with Shure recently, there is a lot of going on with those microphones. Installing a energy crystal near to your microphone (pink) usually helps with mindweaver electricity waves. Not sure it will work in this case though.

The low end seems pretty bad on this phone tbh. Almost non-existent, pretty much. That's discounting the plosives problem :(
