Shure Repair Test video 01 - Educational Value 1/10

This is a quick tour of fixing some broken wires on a Shure SM58.
I produced this as an alpha test of my equipment and software.
It's probably a waste of time to watch.
I learned that I need a better mount for my main camera, and that I need to remember to put memory in my sound recorder. This audio was a bitch to clean, because my power conditioner was humming like a Detroit Diesel!
Soon, GOOD things are coming!

I was taught not to blow on it or to cool off the solder joint hastily. Or it will degrade the joint.

I have Shure LX88-II dual channel wireless receiver. Test out both microphones and cables ( XLR & 1/4 jack) are fine .The receiver has a humming sound so what’s is wrong with the receiver. Can you guide me to fix it. Thank you
