I set out for this walk with little in the way of expectation of view or such colour but it turned out to be great. Not such a long trek this time so I took the time to capture some more of the places along the way with the video. You are right about the rain - and I have had rather a lot of rain this year to contend with. Take care and wish that 2021 is good for you all. W :)

I’d always rather it was sunny at the start of a trip and have to weather turn during the night than the other way round. Beautifully filmed as is your standard, those autumn colours at the start were great. Good job 👍

Hey, thanks for your comment. The main route up was very easy and only a bit steeper at the end really, like you say. The top is a bit rocky so I found a good campspot just off the summit. It was a little exposed and as the wind and rain came in for the night it was a bit blowy. The Akto was fine of course. All the best for 2021, W :)

Ha, funny, yeah the weather started out fine but it was very wet the following morning. Better that way round though. Let's plan to meet up this year for a walk somewhere near your area. We could do a KZbin Collaboration meeting! Take care, W.

Thanks for watching and commenting. The weather turned overnight and the morning was wet and windy. I seem to have had rather a lot of that this year. I can't easily adjust my travel days so have to put up with the weather as it is! At least I had my Akto and not my summer tent I had in the Brecons! Take care, W :)
