I am lucky to watch him in 2007. He was only 3 meters in front of me. I shouted many times for him to sing this song. But it wasn't in the setlist. But watching the song on here with a live performance after 14 years, I am having the exact same feeling when I was watching him in the concert. Thanks Chris, for every feeling that you managed to put in our hearts with your voice. RIP.

I love this song. I love all his acoustic stuff. All of it. It's all I listen to anymore. Him and Aaron Lewis. But this man is number one. Thanks to you and everyone else who post all these videos. He needs to make a more extensive collection of these performances on cd and/or DVD. I know I for one would buy it.

I like some Audioslave songs, and was big on them when I was in High School. I really love Soundgarden and his solo work more, though. I saw Soundgarden last year and I saw Cornell solo in October, the dude is just incredible. I'd love to see him Audioslave just to kind of feel complete, lol.

***** I feel ya. Big fan of Audioslave. Knew all the songs in all albums...even some songs from soundgarden.. He is my fav singer/song writer. Best rocker voice ever. Salute. Brad, Tom, Chris and Tim..perfect band.. Shame...only last a couple of years only. He doin great solo...but song like this...#1zero really need electric guitar, bass and drum actually.
@bibby429 жыл бұрын
Farah Norain I'm confident he'll do a summer tour with Audioslave within the next 2-3 years or so. He's gonna be working on new Soundgarden material, tour, and then he should be open. His latest album is amazing! Check out his brother, Peter Cornell, as well. He's just as good. he has a cd he released last year, called Champion. They are a musically inclined family.

...want to be honest... one of the firrsts time where Audioslave version was much much (MUCH, much, much) better than the acoustic. Acoustic looks too simply the classic "american" song. Audioslave version was powerful and unpredictable, expecially when it comes out Deep Purple quot in the middle section...

He was immensely talented. But his suicide left a daughter, truly crushed. I feel so sad for her. She will live the rest of her life wondering how she could have prevented his suicide. He was selfish to do that to his family.
@Token5285 жыл бұрын
Yeah.. if that really happened.. I think it was murder by the powerful elite that could get away with it.. why would he wait till he was passed his heavy drug use period to suicide at a time in his life when he was extremely happy?
