Why did you want to start it in the first place? I understand that you saw an opportunity but don't you think that putting that effort into your main business would be a smarter move?

I thought the opportunity cost was too high not to try to pursue it with all the upsides

I think that the first mistake is that you had only 10 hours of material, the progress will be too slow for very focused people. I have not seen the course, but it sounds like it was more a chance for you to maybe earn a bit, as your focus was your main business.

Yes for sure, i saw is as an opportunity to get another income stream + help the agency. It wasn’t actually something i had much interest in besides the financial gain
