Very informative. Did you do these exercises to get stronger? How long did it take you to see results?
@ShuttleLife4 ай бұрын
I used the exercises to remind me of my forearm. It made the muscles much easier to activate and simulate the rotation. I would suggest doing different exercises with and without shuttle. Maybe some from this video and do it for 8 weeks. Then suddenly you will get a breakthrough

Tak igen for videoen!
@ShuttleLife4 ай бұрын
1) Blyant/Kuglepen 2) Tusser 3) Sprittusser

Can you explain why we don’t see pro players having such loose fingers when they smash?
@ShuttleLife5 ай бұрын
When Smashing the swing is much bigger. If you hold this loose while Smashing you will simply drop the racket or lose it. You will have to keep it tighter so it won't fall out of you hand

Which racquet u r using ?
@channel-ol1yn22 сағат бұрын
I have never seen such instructions and I have never used such a grip. I think this grip is only good for occasional use, especially for deception. The thumb will be sore after a few rallies if you use this grip as the standard grip. Furthermore, using just two fingers to pinch racket will lose fine control of the racket. It is better to hold the racket loosely with 5 fingers and maintain a loose wrist.

ok for the fingers, but not the wrist (which is not a muscle, as we all know) : we must rather talk about the forearm, in which are the muscles activating the fingers.
