First things first, sales is not everyone's cup of tea and you should take sales only if you enjoy what comes with the job. Also level of difficulty changes depending on the product you work for. FMCG needs lot of traveling in remote locations, electrical electronics products needs only city visits, capital equipment needs only official meetings and rare site visits, IT sales has only online presentations. So before you think sales is a difficult job, you should decide the product and then make final decision. You can respond to my comment if you need any help in making decision. I have 7 yrs of experience in sales of capital equipment and I love my job very much.

I have a query, should I directly go for MBA by giving CAT 2022 plus also thinking about CET 2022 (which would save my one year), or try to attempt some prestigious govt. exams like SBI PO and RBI Grade B and then doing MBA while having some work ex in these areas, definitely I wanna go all finance in whatever institution I get. I'm more inclined on doing a job and then going for my MBA. But honestly, I'm not sure about anything. What would be a better career choice according to you? Shweta di I am currently at my 3rd year of my Agriculture degree. In our final year we have 1-2 internships in the agriculture field where we have to work under private as well as govt sector. As internships in Agri field might not be of much importance in MBA so i was trying out internships in marketing/sales currently. But most of the internships I get now are to sell courses to students. These courses are usually priced at 3-6k which is quite and heavy amount considering same courses are available for free elsewhere. So, obviously I'm not able to sell even one course. Am I lacking the skills required in marketing or are such internships where you need to sell hefty priced educational courses to UG students are not the right internship to check/improve your skill set in marketing/sales field. I know the message got quiet long, but a reply would be highly appreciated 😇🙏

I felt like I could share with you my profile and just get inputs if it is fine enough to get a call from top IIMs. 10th - 90.2%, 12th (commerce) - 90.2%. I am doing my Bba from NMIMS Mumbai . Till 4th sem I have 3.56/4 CGPA. along that I am also pursuing ACCA ( Associates of Chartered Certified Accountants) I have completed 9 papers out of 13, and will finish it before the appearing for the CAT exam in the next year probably by June. I have done my summer internship with SBI global factors ltd, and I have also been a part of nature club of my college. I still have 1 year left.
