Well… except the song literally ignores the part in the game where is stated Chara tried to control Asriel’s body to kill humans. I don’t really think their desire was to see their homeland’s flowers. :/ I’m not totally against the not-evil Chara theory (as long as it doesn’t hit the “Chara just wants to punish you at the end of a Genocide they’re an angel!!11!1!” stuff), but the lyric could have displayed it better. One thing that's cool about undertale is that just the right amount is left for interpretation for example mine is with chara that chara was depressed and angry towards humanity for abandoning them and you the player determine chara's outlook play nice with everyone and chara is hopeful for the future.pick and choose who lives and dies and chara's spirit will stay dorment however killing without rhyme or reason and chara is convinced theres no hope for monster or human kind so they erase the world. However some can say im reading too deep into it long story short undertale leaving so manny options good
