There aren’t nearly as many AUs I believe now fan comics but everyone still really loves deltarune. I like to think everyone believes it’s perfect on its own. Deltarune also doesnt include resets and multiple timelines like Undertale, which I believe contributes to its lack of AUs. Which is fine. Deltarune is its own thing very different from Undertale and we love it all the more for it

Exactly! I feel bad for Asriel because he died in vain and even when he does redeem himself in the Pacifist Ending he’s so... gloomy because he’s dead and he knows he’ll turn back into Flowey soon, I honestly want some sort of sequel or something similar where you save Flowey someway, somehow either as the main quest or as a byproduct of what you do in the story, I mean I’d be happy if they brought him up to live with them on the surface and somehow managed to calm him down, but preferably I’d like to see him freed from his Flowey form and finally get to rest in piece, maybe you could finally set Chara free too at that point (though that’s a lot less likely)
