I remember all to well when the senseless war started and these women drove all over the Ukraine, feeding animals that had to be left behind, as rheir owners fled the country to parts unknown. Something is wrong with this dogs fur..needs to see a vet very badly 😢

I think the yellow tag means it was given a rabies shot. Their very worried about a rabies outbreak with so many homeless dogs & cats.
