I keep hearing that it's not unusual for spinal fusion patients to need an SI joint fusion because the weight from the upper vertebrae is distributed on top of the SI joints. It gets frustrating because doctors recommend surgeries and they often don't fully work. It's amazing to me that in 2023 doctors still can't fully correct low back pain let alone figure out what's causing it.

HI. intervention in Italy is often done bilaterally. I suffer from rectal and perineal burns. as well as having burns in the legs and lower back. do these intimate burns and pain in evacuation also depend on instability? are there cases like mine?

This surgery causes joint hypomobility which is SI joint disfunction. Don' t do it.
