SICHUAN PEPPER SHRIMP RECIPE

Sichuan Pepper Shrimp is a dry preparation of Shrimp with a dominant flavour of Sichuan Pepper. This is a quick dish that can be prepared within 10 to 15 minutes.
Ingredients
Red Chilli - 5
Cold Water - to soak Chilli
Shrimp - 500 grams
Soya Sauce - 1 tablespoon
White Rice Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 5 cloves
Spring Onion - 2 sprig
Salt - a pinch
Sichuan Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon
