Shrimp & Bell Peppers (ready in 5 minutes) Shrimp & Vegetables Stir Fry

This simple dish of shrimp and vegetables was just the easiest, but extremely delicious!
*Ingredients*
Shrimp
Salt & black pepper
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Bell peppers
Onion & garlic
Green onions
Carrot
1/2 tsp mince ginger
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
2-4 tbsp water
2-3 tbsp cooking oil

Great dish Raquel, but I'm no chef but wouldn't it beed better to do veggies then put back shrimp to prevent over cooking them.? I could be wrong😊

I gave the shrimp only a minute of cooking before adding the vegetables, to prevent over cooking, total cooking time.. 4 minutes. They were perfect 👍🏾 The way you suggested is also an option 👍🏾
