Hey there. Idk you might not respond to this reply but basically I'm not tummyoligist(I'm a freshman studying dentistry) but I think I have ways to treat an IBS attack. If your belly is trembling a lot just add a warm towel and maybe it should die down. And I also recommend drinking IBS friendly tea. I personally am not a fan of tea. Also make sure to keep track of patterns during attacks and in general just stay ok.
