It’s a very long trail, what’s the cycle like back to the top?

Yeah it's a long one! It takes you all the way down to the bottom fire road where all the trails end. There is a steep push up next to the end of the trail that takes you up to the top of "Flat White". I usually use that as it's a lot quicker than going all the way up the fire road again

I'm about 45mins away so not too far. You definitely should! There are hundreds of trails in the Tweed valley that would keep you busy for days.
