It was so fast it would outrun a Smith & Wesson bullet. Watching your mini tv movies bring back a ton of very fond memories. Thanks DEREK.

Derek -- The 1974 Monte Carlo holds a special place in my heart. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ignore the calls to do more aggressive changes to it. As you know getting anything original for these is impossible. You specifically did more to preserve the original car than anything destructive. This is exactly why I love your channel. Well that combined with your humor. What you did perfectly balanced keeping these pieces of history alive and doing something creative. They don't make brand new old cars!

The old Harbor Freight trailer is the best of all time. Build to any configuration you want, holds over 1100 pounds if it needs to, little or no weight in the trunk. I’ve dragged mine all over NC hauling kayaks, furniture from 7-8 moves, behind a 2003 Accord 5-speed. Even put it behind my truck a time or two. 4 feet of deck between the wheels, can’t flip it… I’m sayin’ all this there’s probably a rule you can’t pull one of those lol

same paint scheme, but he did touch it up quite a bit with some rattlecans. Left it looking old, but there's a video where he repainted quite a bit of it due to repairs and because it was down to bare surface rust in a lot of areas. Go back and watch the video when he first got it, actually looks a decent bit different. But still awesome looking either way. Normally I am not a fan of the "patina" look one bit, but on this car it works so good

Hey for that low octane fuel, you can always stop by a hardware store and pick up some toluene, or some xylene. look on the internet for the ratio and give it some octane boost. It don't take much. but its the only difference between fuels.
