One of my favourite drummers. An inspiration for me, as a drummer. At a show in Bucharest, last year, I was airdrumming the whole show and he noticed me, it was great. At the end of the show, he threw all of his drumsticks at the audience and one at me, but it flew away and I could not catch it. He then went backstage (we has out of drumsticks) to get another one and handed it to me personally. It was the best feeling ever and he is an excellent musician and a great guy.

Daniels's mastery of the drums is incredible! The timing and what to do in the moment is impeccable! Best drummer I've seen by far. Even when he's taking a break he's still on beat.

These clips are from the Nottingham show in 2018! I was at the barrier. One of the best shows ever - Wintersun were supporting with Kai hahto being a demon! The cool thing about this venue is that the stage is really low down, and you can see everything that the drummers are doing.

This has been one of my favorite metal drummers since 2003 when I was discovering more metal bands aside from Metallica, Slipknot, etc. I have since then become a drummer myself and have payed attention to inumerous drummers from all types of bands and still think he's not only very solid but also one of the most creative.
