So the lession of Sickness is to pray every day, make prayer your First priority, always. And then go about your business and family and work and play. But always , Always ALWAYS prayer first ! Because you shouldn't have to wait to be in a Hospital bed before you are praying for Help. L 😲 And Doctors agree: When people over stress and work and get involved in all sorts of self-destructive behaviors, that is when sickness comes. So we sincerely pray every day, a true conversation, it is for OUR Benefit that we pray. So we grow spiritually and in compassion, Love, and Mercy.

What to do and not do when you have a fever according to muhmMAD: Jabir b. Abdullah reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) visited Umm Sa'ib or Umm Musayyib and said: Umm Sa'ib or Umm Musayyib. why is it that you are shivering? She said:" It is fever and may it not be blessed by Allah, whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Don't curse fever for it expiates the sin of the children of Adam just as furnace removes the alloy of iron. (Sahih Muslim 2575) ........................ Narrated Nazi': `Abdullah bin `Umar said, "The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Fever is from the heat of Hell, so put it out (cool it) with water.' " Nafi` added: `Abdullah used to say, "O Allah! Relieve us from the punishment," (when he suffered from fever). (Sahih al-Bukhari 5723)
