Good mum. The Ramones, Joy Division, Blondie and Souxsie and the Banshees were the best bands to come out of the punk era. Both in terms of commercial success and how they influenced culture. I feel very melancholic about Sid Vicious because he didn't have much of a life! Complete waste! He was a junkie and not particularly deep thinking but that could have all changed. I believe his mum overdosed him because he wouldn't have survived prison

Canción de Neil Young and Crazy Horse. Disco Rust never Sleeps. Hay van curiosidades: This song was written during the time when Neil Young and Jeff Blackburn were in a band called The Ducks in 1977. Blackburn was credited as a co-writer of the song. Neil Young mentions artists from the '50s, '60s and '70s: Danny and the Juniors, Elvis Presley, The Sex Pistols and its lead singer Johnny Rotten, to show that "rock and roll will never die". Kurt Cobain's suicide note contained a line from this song: "It's better to burn out than to fade away".

«Hey Hey, My My (Into the Black)» Lado B «My My, Hey Hey (Out of the Blue)» Publicación 27 de agosto de 1979 Formato Sencillo de 45 RPM Grabación Cow Palace, San Francisco, 22 de octubre de 1978 Género(s) Hard rock Duración 5:18 Discográfica Reprise Records Autor(es) Neil Young, Jeff Blackburn Productor(es) Neil Young y David Briggs. THOUGH THE SONG WAS KIND OF A COVER OF THE GROUP "DEVO", A USA ROCK BAND FORM IN 1973!!!!! The song "Hey, Hey, My, My..." and the title phrase of the album, "rust never sleeps" on which it was featured sprang from Young's encounters with Devo and in particular Mark Mothersbaugh.[1] Devo was asked by Young in 1977 to participate in the creating of his film Human Highway.[2] A scene in the film shows Young playing the song in its entirety with Devo, who clearly want little to do with anything "radio-friendly" (of note is Mothersbaugh changing "Johnny Rotten" to "Johnny Spud"). The famous line "It's better to burn out than it is to rust" is often credited to Young's friend Jeff Blackburn of The Ducks.

Hahahaha, someone "stole" the music from my Sid video, but that's okay. :-) The band is "The Bates", they were a german punkrock band and their lead singer died in 2006 because of too much alcohol. His name was Zimbl. He made great music and I thought it fits to Sid. :-)
