Yeah. Islamically if you witness or know wrong is happening even if it is your parents call it out. Your silence is supporting the bad deed. Dont allow such things to continue. Tell the wife, if brother isnt sorting himself out. Then elders have to be told. She left everything for him and he doesnt even have the decency to be a good humanbeing
@aishamasud59124 жыл бұрын
Actually you're wrong... Islamically it is obligatory to conceal the sins of a Muslim. The Prophet saaw said: 'Whoever conceals the sins of a Muslim, Allah will conceal his sins on the Day of Judgment.' It is better that if you see a person committing a sin, to advise him secretly and do not expose him.'
@Sadidesifamily4 жыл бұрын
@@aishamasud5912 yes that hadith is there but you are talking about sin of a Muslim...dont go public or announce it. This is about a husband...here we are talking about injustice and a wife's rights...man's duties...and in surah nisa the chapter about women it states "O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives. Whether one is rich or poor, Allah is more worthy of both. So follow not [personal] inclination, lest you not be just. And if you distort [your testimony] or refuse [to give it], then indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted." So when your kin family or friend does injustice goes against right, goes against the deen or does wrong and you know of it are witness to it speak up. That doesn't mean go public. But follow the deen and the law of the land. So say if a husband is abusive and you know its your brother and you are silent...you are part of his bad deed...you are also accountable. Here when the brother is having affairs the sister is Islamically duty bound...to speak up tell his wife so she herself isn't deceiving her sister inlaw who is her kin, then its up to the wife to deal with it. Now if the man doesn't stop or change his ways then yes you speak to the elders of the house because they are family again kin. Now if still he continues to sin do wrong and be unjust to his wife you go to an imam. There are rules and regulations in islam we have guidance alhumdulillah. Again as you have said...we arent announcing it to the world while it happens or humiliating anyone here. What you have mentioned is more so for a Muslim who isn't related because if its a brother or sister related to you you won't announce it but you must sort it out or bare witness against it because on the day of akhirah you will be accountable for your silence and allowing it to continue. Always look at what you have said and in conjuction with the rights/duties (Quran and hadiths together) and what is deemed a sin aka what he is doing is zina and there are no reasons to hide that deed within family or authorities of the deen aka imams who are Islamic mosque heads there to guide and stop injustice. Surah nisa is really good with rights duties etc. We all should learn the rights and duties in islam for all and also whats sin and what we should do when wrong happens within our family and friends circle and what deen says towards that.
@Sadidesifamily4 жыл бұрын
Hiding a family members sins, ignoring them or remaining silent...you are an accomplice in that deed...you will be held accountable on the day of judgement. So bare witness and speak up. Do not take things out of context...dont let loyalty, cultures and traditions effect your religion. Authentic Hadiths and Quran work hand in hand. Know your rights and duties in islam be it a wifes husbands a mothers or fathers and a child's. And do your research before telling others they are wrong. May Allah swt guide us all ameen

@@dubai_fitness ok but why you replying to my comment? I didnt mention that at all. And yes you are correct unless the first wife has that clause in her nikah and its in agreement with the husband that he wont get married to another while married to her...she cant do much. She can get khula based on him getting married again or if it is the contract then on that bases that he broke the agreement. Either way accept or get divorced. Polygamy is real it happens. Some schools of thought do say a man should ask his wife's permission to remarry some don't. Nothing should be hidden. Should be announced and the man should be able to fulfil all rights and duties towards all wives which isn't for the average guy. Anyways you should have commented separately n not on my comment.

A lot of women stay with the husband because of the culture and family. In some cultures a divorce is still seen as something bad. The women know that their husbands cheat on them but ignore it and stay married. Parents also play a huge role. I have seen women telling their parents about their cheating and violent husbands but the parents only cared about their name and reputation. They didn't let their daughters leave their husbands because other people will talk bad about the family.

The email: WHYYYYY didn’t she bring this issue up with her parents when they were marrying? This woman left her family for this pos? And she didn’t say ANYTHING? If she’s old enough, Confront him, like how sid said. Tell him either he has to tell her (make sure she shows proof) or she will. If the wife is fine with it, encourage her to speak with a therapist because there might be some fear, self esteem issues, family problems. Also tell her to make sure he is regularly tested and her too or always wear a condom. It is best for her to leave the marriage if she converted. She’s not obligated to stay with a man that is adulterer...I believe the punishment in actual sharia is stoning....so leaving him is fine and will help her become a better Muslim. If she wants to stay, encourage BOTH to get counseling, starting with him on individual counseling to understand if this is a medical condition/addiction. If he’s a narcissist, recognize he might never change and she will still might have to leave him. Don’t have kids until your 100% sure as much as possible that he changed. If he still continues to cheat, her your parents involved as long as your brother hasn’t been babied by your parents. Mamas boys are hard to change. At the end of the day, he is better off single. Men will only commit and change for the one they live. If he’s a cheater, he will confine this pattern until he finds “the one” where he’s not looking anymore.

Also, you know if they were to get divorced, he's find another innocent wife to cheat on in 2 seconds and the community would talk badly about the wife.
@zurzakne-etra70694 жыл бұрын
which is why I really hate it when family pushes their kids into marrying young, or when kids want to marry young, and their family doesn't tell them to wait. like earn some money first, try to keep working while you're married, decide on how many kids you want to have, get to know the person properly inside & out, and make sure you have a way out of the marriage. Girls need to understand this.
@saira_61513 жыл бұрын
Accepting cheating is the same as accepting the sin (tacit consent) instead of standing against it by confronting the person or outing them (as his promiscuity poses serious health risks for the wife). If the wife knows of the cheating, it is the same as tolerating oppression and injustice which Allah has prohibited for the believer. Also a cheating man does not deserve to be with a righteous wife and vice versa (also in the Quran). As believers we are commanded to stand against injustice even if the wrongdoer is our family member (Quran). So the choice is really, do we fear Allah or society.
