Ohhh yum pani puris are my favourite!! The mint water dressing sounds so yum. I absolutely love anything with mint in it (esp virgin mojito’s😂) the dessert looked delicious. I could probably smash 7 of them in one sitting🙊 Peter this was really awesome to watch. It felt like I was watching something on the Food Channel. I predict big things coming your guys way. Hey Myriam! Happy Sunday to you guys! Both places were incredible. Got a special spot for Sidart in my heart though as it was where Yen and I celebrated our 12 year anniversary (took awhile for me to work that out hahah). That's why I've always been keen to do an episode to feature this place then it went and won Best Restaurant of the Year so knew I definitely had to get it onto our channel somehow :) Cassia is delicious too. Hope you both enjoy the rest of your Sunday and get some tasty food too!

It is a pleasure to eat there. Not only are the dishes packed with delicate dishes, but the taste is also well balanced. The spices added to the Indian flavor have a unique taste and are worth going again.

It was such a cool experience being able to interview Sid and the two head chefs. Really thankful they gave us that opportunity considering how busy they are ✌ yen and I both don't cook no time for that we got places to eat at hahahaha 😂 but yes if you're into fine dining and you find yourself in Auckland definitely needa check this place out 👍

Wow, that's a cool concept, with modern Indian food. Will need to try it next time I visit. Damn, I loved all the food in this episode! But I really loved the look of the cauliflower baji because I've never seen that before. I love the idea of a five-course surprise menu. That's super cool. An Indian spice foam! And Indian style duck. I've never seen duck as an ingredient in Indian food. Definitely modern! 😁 Also, great shirt, Pete!

Wow this video was put together amazingly. It was great to hear the stories of each chefs about the restaurants. The food at cassia looked very fresh and the meat looked so tender 🤤. Sidart looks like it has more artistic food but it has some interesting looking flavors! I've never had food where I didn't know where they were bringing but it looks like a lot of fun :). Yo guys thank you! Tried to go for a bit of a professional vibe on this one hahaha. The portion sizes are a bit smaller at sidart if you order a degustation. They have a 11 course option too and it is definitely very filling. Lots of variety and after 11 dishes you leave happy and full 😁😂

haha this one is classy indeed! Pretty high end experience but cool switch up from the more street food themed videos at times. loved the effect at 9:13 real subtle but almost arty because the dish is so nicely presented. Defo not easy to film in those places you went because the first place was real busy and dark and the second place it seemed like you had to keep you tone down a bit not to disturb other guests haha.
