Side Control Escapes Elbow Roll, Cover the Head and Roll Up

In this lesson I show the highly effective Elbow Roll. Some of my students are so good at this that I have to tell them not to let people pass their Guard just to use it. However, it is a great move when you get caught in Side Control.
I then show a great follow up that I use frequently with this move. It's not one that I've seen taught before but I use it all the time with vairous set ups.
At the end of the video I talk about some other concepts on how to apply the roll up. Make sure to play the two moves off each other to get maximum effectiveness.
