Side Control - Guard Recovery & Underhook Escape

These are the two side control escapes that work the best for me: the guard recovery and the underhook escape. I did it in one take and then realized I didn’t point out this detail: after you put the shin across the stomach to recover your guard, it’s important to control the head and arm to keep their posture broken. I did the actions, I just forgot to articulate the details. I hope you find this helpful!
