How about just drinking more water. I have heard Neem helps with infections and moisturized the skin. I'm using it on my dog, because he has a severe skin condition. He's been taking 500 mg capsules for 2 weeks. His condition is improving, greatly. This was like a life-savor for my Beagle Hound. Great stuff!

A few others like yogis like Nithyashree and a Doctor say Neem should not be taken as it can cause eye issues and dryness when taken long term(specially for people with Vatha body type, refer online sources). However, they also say dont panic because issue can be reversed after stopping Neem and adding Ghee to your diet etc. I have started to take two tablets of Isha haldi, but confused about neem. Can you please tell me what is the negative impact it has on kidneys as I have slight damage to my kidneys from when I was a child and had an advanced case of scarlet fever . I dont know the science behind this but my mom says eating something bitter with an empty stomach has a strong effect on kidney. And looks like you have severe kidney problems i would say you should have neem with supplements or just have it carefully
